TRAITOR - Congressman Howard Berman - California - Democrat

Wow, a lawyer and a TRAITOR to the American People and the US Constitution. So many people to screw and so little time. What about that oath of office?

The Oath of office is as follows for all congressmen since 1884:

"I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter: So help me God."

I've read the constitution several times now. Could someone please tell me where it says anything about FORCING you to buy a government Healthcare Policy or face jail time and fines? Hmm.... I seemed to have missed that part.

So when I say that Howard Berman and the other 219 SCUM BAGS have betrayed their oath of office it's really pretty simple. They are TRAITORS.
