The Basics

Most of us in America have managed to take a few too many things for granted. I know I've been guilty of this and I'm sure you have too. Times are not exactly changing for the better because of this. So, it's time we all got off our collective butts to understand what is happening and how we can fix it. George Santayana said, "Those who cannot learn from history are doomed to repeat it". I have no idea who this guy was but I'm going to find out. Thank you US public education/indoctrination system. Anyway, those words couldn't ring more true right now. If we don't do something about BO and his ever growing hordes of tax dodging, pocket picking bureaucrats by the next round of elections we're heading down a slippery slope. I for one, am not going to sit on my ass and let that happen, and neither should YOU!

In my opinion our public schools are in need of a lot more than "more money" to fix this problem. We all need to understand things like our constitution and some real history. Racial sensitivity or "Getting in touch with our feelings" wasn't the reason for the creation of our country any more than having the freedom to marry farm animals. The reason it was created was for freedom. Freedom from Tyranny. Freedom from Dictators, Kings and Queens that overloaded good people with ungodly taxes. Freedom from over bearing governments that perpetually existed on aristocracies never giving anyone the freedom to achieve crap unless you happened to be born into the right family.

In this section I'll try to cover much of the basics. Hopefully I'll pick up a few people along the way willing to add some content. Now if you're thinking, "I'm too busy, I can't make any difference or I'd much rather sit on my ass because i enjoy being stupid and screwed over", well, get over it. This is not any more difficult to learn than changing a stinking tire. You want to be a whiner all your life? I think not. Be a doer and learn. Is "Doer" a real word?
