This article just goes to show you just how out of touch most in politics are. You apparently need training on how to feed homeless people. Or that's what some nimrod bureaucrats are thinking. And in typical liberal fair. It's all about making sure that homeless people have a healthy diet. isn't that great? I mean, we're all getting raped and spent to death by the liar and thief BO and let's worry about whether or not the homeless are eating right? Wow, talking about good intentions gone amuck here. This is insane. But it's all what you idiots that voted for Obama ordered right? Change?

Could this be a way to starve the homeless? I mean that's cheaper than death panels via medicare right? Or is it like liberals and raccoons. Give them some free money or a couple pieces of bread on your back porch (respectively) and the next night where there was once one.... there will be 5 more looking for a handout.
