Meet Mr. Roy Adams of England. He was 60 years old, a chauffeur for the Metropolitan Police Department. Guess what, he's also as dead as Michael Jackson and Elvis now.

In efforts to give superior medical care, the moron socialized medicine gurus in England now have Paramedics working alone in order to get to more places faster. Since they're alone I guess they get scared. And instead of rushing in to help Mr. Adams, this brain-dead, joke of a medic sat outside for 16 minutes doing a risk assessment.
