I'll be honest in saying that I don't know all that much about either Governor Bill Heslam or Rep Charles Curtiss. I do know I'd like to see them both tossed out of office for violating their oath of office.
You see, I'm sure you haven't heard about this in the Main Stream Media, but Tenn. just signed a law on the books that bans any offensive image, email, letter, phone call, etc. that might cause someone "emotional distress". Basically it bans free speech. You know, that pesky old 1st Amendment right we all have. At least we have it in every state except Tennessee now.

You see, there comes a time in life where you have to grow some nads and quit tolerating total BS like this. Political Correctness is EVIL. It will DESTROY EVERYTHING it touches. Just like all liberal ideals. It's not about the results of laws, it's all about the "intention". Since we don't want to "offend" any idiot that get's offended by someone breathing, lets make a law that bans being offensive, to protect people.
Tennessee, go look at Detroit. It's where you guys are heading if you don't throw these traitors out of office.
