State of Texas tells EPA to stick it

Awe, poor itty witty bitty EPA babies aren't going to get to exact their evil ass commie controls over the state of Texas and our ability to generate our own power.

Every so often I can't help but want to thank the man upstairs (GOD) that I live in the state of Texas.  I'm near Austin which is chock full of stupid hippies, but overall, the good people in this state know what the score is when it comes to the BS politics of the day.  

Case in point the EPA regulations that they were trying to force on the power companies here in the state.  Looks like they got their asses handed back to them with their BS law for which they have no freaking jurisdiction.  You see, this is how liberals, socialists and commies get their way in a capitalistic republic like ours.  They can't actually get laws passed so they start handing over, or should I say, Obama and his cronies TRY to hand over the legal reigns and then let assholes like the EPA come up with rules they can't get away with writing laws for. 

We have a freaking constituion folks and you'd be wise to learn about it and follow it.  Ever doubt the existance of a higher power?  Start learning about our consitution and what the founders were trying to do when they wrote it.  I don't think "man" is entirely responsible for it.

Anyway the good news is this.  "Court Grants Texas Motion to Stay EPA's Legally flawed Cross-State Air Pollution Rule."

This is good news for us all.
