Our Constitution

Ever wonder how in the heck our government is "supposed" to work? I know I have. One of the first things I would recommend we all read is the main set of rules that are supposed to govern our wonderful country. Starting here will also help you get as ticked off at our current congressmen, Senators and yes, even the stinking president. And for those of you libs that think I'm a Bush-Bot of some kind. Pull your head out and quit drinking the cool-aid. Your messiah is more or less Bush 2..... spending your and my money like we're all billionaires. I've never seen anyone so flagrantly spend. BO makes Bush look like a freak-in miser. Anyway... back to the point here.

The US Constitution, just great like it is

It's only 21 pages right now. 21 pages of incredible intelligence that have enabled our country to go from nothing to the only remaining Super Power in a mere 250 or so years. I know people living in England with houses older than this country. Image that. Capitalism does work when you get the government out of the way and put corrupt politicians and business people in the slammer where they belong. The Articles of the Constitution explain how our democracy is supposed to work. The first ten amendments are also considered the "Bill of Rights" Here are some highlights but don't be a lazy ass, stupid, moron by just reading these an thinking you understand. Hell... if you've read this far then you can get through the whole 21 pages. Real tough. Make the sacrifice and READ IT.... before what we all are sacrificing is our FREEDOM.

Constitutional Highlights

First Amendment

Freedom of Religion, Press, Expression
-This means you can pray to whom you wish, say what you stinking want, and the press can say what they want... unfortunately our current "Press" is part of the problem..... it's just another dept. in the Democratic Party... no brains and no independent thought going on there.

Second Amendment

The Right to Bear ARMS
-Call this one of my personal favorites. This is so we can keep the First Amendment should some a-hole walk into our government thinking he owns us all and tries to shut us up. Call it the never ending cold war of the people verses the government. I'm partial to Ruger, Mossberg and Glock these days. If you don't own a firearm... GET ONE... and GET TRAINED on how to use it. You'd be amazed how much better you'll sleep at night knowing Mr. Bang Bang is within arms reach and can allow you to protect yourself long before you're even able to reach for your phone and dial 911.

Third Amendment

Quartering of Soldiers
-This falls back to the rights you have as a owner of personal property. Something that has made the USA very very well off compared to other countries where property may be earned by someone, only to have it seized and redistributed by some morons that think it's their job to save people who have serious heart and ass problems. Anyway... this is about the government not being able to squat in your house w/o your permission. Remember... if you own it... IT'S FREAKIN YOUR FREAKIN HOUSE... not the STINKING GOVERNMENTS. REMEMBER... THEY'RE SUPPOSED TO WORK FOR US... NOT THE OTHER WAY AROUND. Moving on.

Forth Amendment

Search and Seizure
- This is to protect you from ILLEGAL search and seizure w/o probably cause. However, if you're in the ACLU... this means that if you're pulled over smoking a joint while the cop writes you a ticket, and your nose also happens to be covered in a white powdery substance... well... they have no probably cause to look in your trunk to find the 15Kg of coke and throw you in jail.

Fifth Amendment

Trial and Punishment, Compensation for Takings
-You know when you hear another scum bag politician in court "Pleading the 5th".... this is the amendment being invoked. Says you can't be tried twice for the same crime, can't be tried w/o a jury conviction, unless you're in the military... Google Lt. Col Chessani.... great soldier.... being persecuted endlessly by worthless windbags like John Murtha. Anyway....Keep Reading.... you don't know it but your IQ has already risen several points by reading this far.

Sixth Amendment

Right to a Speedy Trial, Confrontation of Witnesses
-Pretty straight forward. Means the government can't put you in the slammer for talking like I'm talking right now and set your trial for 237 years from today.

Seventh Amendment

Trial by Jury in Civil Cases
-Read this... it's kind of interesting. I know Civil cases must differ from Felony cases.... but if some of this were to be passed on to the felony convictions and the endless appeals we all hear about by some pretty sick ass people.... well. Just read it... I'm thinking out loud.

Eighth Amendment

Cruel and Unusual Punishment
This means no chopping off of limbs like I hear they sometimes do to shop lifters and other such people in some Muslim control countries. And you think water boarding is bad? Wake up you stupid liberal. Stop being who I was.... Sober up and use that brain!

Ninth Amendment

Construction of Constitution
-I think this means that no constitutional rights will be made to empower one group of people over another... need to research it some more.... I'm not a freakin lawyer.

Tenth Amendment

Powers of the States and People
-As Rick Perry recently said, the power of the people is supposed to reside in the states.... not the FREAKIN FEDERAL GOVERNMENT. Ie.... don't use our money to bailout your freaking criminal, wussy ass friends that have less business sense than a gerbil. And forcing states to take bailout money... uh... I think this activity starts walking into UNCONSTITUTIONAL. This stuff is not hard to understand people. If you can change a tire or spark plugs, read english, or click the mouse on a computer you can understand this people. Why in the hell do you think I'm doing this web site. We need to understand these things and STOP THESE LUNATICS from destroying what your grandparents and beyond worked so hard to create... the USA

Eleventh Amendment

Judicial Limits
-OMG... please read this at least five times. This is why we conservatives are so concerned about activist judges.... like what BO is currently looking to put on the Supreme Court. The Judicial Branch of government is supposed to interpret the law... to say if it has been broken or not.... NOT DO CRAP THAT MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD. They are NOT SUPPOSED TO INTERPRET THE LAW BASED on their FEELINGS.... they are supposed to follow the letter of the law. OMG... I could go on forever about this.

Slavery Abolished-December 6, 1865
-A great move for America. For any black readers that think they are owed reparations..... hey... what about the 600,000 some odd americans that died to make this all possible. You should know something about us crazy right wing radicals. We don't give a crap what color you are. What we care about is are you an American (legal citizen) and what kind of person you are... honest, ethical...etc. It's time Jessie Jackson and Rev. Wright, Rev. Al Sharpton and even BO stop being able to make a living by yanking your chain and telling you that you're being kept down by someone else. When in fact you're being kept down by these people that make a living off keeping you a victim. I've known some very successful black people, asian people, hispanic people and the same holds just as true for the successful white people I know, they get off their butts and take responsibility for what they have accomplished. And many have done a lot because they aren't the type to buy into the kind of crap from these so called black leaders. If you're offended, get over it. You're an American. You live in the greatest country on the planet and you can do or become whatever you wish if you're willing to work for it.

Race No Bar to Vote - 1870
Yes... it took another 50 years for women to be able to vote. Both this and the 19th amendment never should have been necessary. Hey, the US wasn't perfect, will never be perfect but it can change to be more perfect and that's one of the reason's it's so special. Stop hating America you stupid Liberals.

Sixteenth Amendment

Status of Income TAx Clarified
-yes... time to pay the piper. I've got no problem paying for our wonderful Military people or basic things like roads and other necessities. However.... this is one amendment that I wish came with a percentage cap.

Seventeenth Amendment

Senators Elected by Popular Vote
-I would like to add amendment 17.5 which states 85% of the current senators in office are FIRED.

Eighteenth Amendment

Liquor Abolished
-What were they thinking? Wow... took 24 years for the 21st amendment to get rid of this (1919-1933)

Nineteenth Amendment

Women's Suffrage (1920)
-Women get to vote... as it should be.... except for maybe liberal women...LOL. C'mon, have a sense of humor. What? You're upset by that comment? Typical thing for a "sensitive" liberal.

Twentieth Amendment

Presidential, Congressional Terms
Talks about what happens if a congressman or president dies...and who does what. You know, it says that Congress shall convene at least once a year. Why don't they limit at that and get the hell out of our businesses. Read it... You're almost to the finish line.

_Mistake...Any place that votes to pretty much bar firearms in the place that i knew was once the murder capital of the USA... well... that's just stupid. But they still get to vote with the rest of us.

Twenty-Fourth Amendment

Poll Tax Barred
-I think this is a good thing as it was keeping many people who had a right to vote, from voting. I however, would be all for anyone that is capable of working but refuses to...ie... being on welfare eternally... Well, I don't think they should be able to vote. I need to do more research on the history of the Romans because I think it illustrates this. But when people can endlessly vote themselves more benefits w/o ever having to pay for them. Well, we're talking about the recipe that will put this country in a hole it will never get out of. Sorry.... this is how I feel. Presidential Disability and Succession
-Describes how power is transferred should the president become incapacitated in any way. How everyone moves up in the seating/power hierarchy, and back down in such an event.

Twenty-Sixth Amendment

Voting Age Set to 18 Years
-Okay... it was 21 prior to this change in 1971. I'm not sure how I feel about this. I and most people I knew at 18 were all completely clueless. I know this isn't always the case but at 18 you're most concerned with chasing women and your car. However, if you can be drafted at this age then you should have a say. Now if they changed the draft age to 21 with voting, I could support that. History is interesting to think about and understand when you're not just learning dates between being told that you're a horrible american and being indoctrinated into Liberalism in grade school or college.

Twenty-Seventh Amendment

Limiting Congressional Pay Increases
-I'm pretty sure that this one hasn't been followed. God forbid politicians start learning that the laws apply to them too. What is this stinking Animal Farm. Oh... I'm sure they are just slightly more equal than we are... so they don't have to do things like Pay their taxes, etc.
